This hourly or daily service is designed to assist/instruct individuals with their daily living needs. Assistance may include, but is not limited to, advocacy, community skills, personal needs, transportation and treatment. The individuals has several choices as to where they live (i.e. family or in other typical community housing). All livings arrangements must be integrated in the community with individuals receiving the amount of staff intervention needed. Living expenses such as rent and groceries are paid by the individual. Service costs are paid by Medicaid and the State of Iowa.
